Using Multi-Volume Snapshot, a point-in-time snapshot of all EBS volumes connected to an EC2 instance can be performed. For this from the Snapshot navigation pane, resource type should be selected as Instance which will provide the option of performing snapshot for all EBS volumes connected to that EC2 instance. 
Option B is incorrect as Resource Type should be selected as Instance & Not Volumes.
Options C & D are incorrect. Instead of creating a snapshot for each EBS volume, a Multi-volume Snapshot can create multiple EBS volumes in a single operation.
