Your company is planning to host resources in Azure. Can an administrator give access to partners who do not have an Azure AD account to access resources in Azure?

Azure has other capabilities in place that can allow other partners to access Azure-based resources. For example, Azure has the feature of Azure AD Business to Business collaboration where the partners don’t have to be defined in Azure.
