Options A, B, D are incorrect because input validation on controls is taken care of by Azure. 
Option C is CORRECT as the input validation is taken care of by Azure, the script that is entered in Tags Text Control does not throw any error, it would be treated as a raw text. Please see the screenshot, which shows the validation result while creating the Network Security Group
