As you are aware, not all services are completely free from first 12 months duration.For instance, you get 750 hours of Windows Virtual Machine for free, wich can be spend over 12 months or before.Once this limit is completed, you are charged based on usage.

- Option C is wrong, reason on completion of 12 months trial, the services used are charged based on the usage.
