You can add or embed Power Apps apps into Microsoft Teams. There are two ways to embed an app: as a tab app or a personal app. Both types of apps, model-driven and canvas, can be added to the Teams as a tab app. But only the canvas app can be embedded as a Teams custom app. 
To add a canvas app to Microsoft Teams, you need to select the app in the Power Apps browser (Number 1) and click on the “Add to Teams” button in the top bar (Number 2). Portal opens a new panel to download a zip file with your app (Number 3). On the top of the panel, the Power Apps portal provides short instructions on what you should do: download a zip file and upload it to the Teams as a custom app (Number 4). 

Then you can open Teams Apps (Number 1) and select the “Upload a custom app” option on the left bottom of the panel (Number 2). Teams will ask for the zip file and install your app.
